Number of reviews: 2 Rating:2 Awful experience Awful experience. Ordered aftershave for my partner on 15th September. Was told it was shipped on 18th September, told delivery was delayed until 25th September, but then yesterday, 22nd September, had a notification to say it was out for delivery. Yesterday evening I had a notification to say delivery was attempted at 19:15 – I was in all day, sat on the sofa at this time and no delivery was attempted. The tracking said it was being returned to sender – why?! I emailed Armani and they said they are refunding me as “For logistical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a new shipment.” Sorry, what?! This item is still showing as in stock on their website.

Rating:2 No solution yet. 1 jar of foundation arrived broken, which I found quite a setback. I sent an email to customer service, but after a week I still haven’t received a response, I find that downright bad, I want an undamaged jar!!!

I’m now in the position of waiting for a refund, as it seems so are most fellow reviewers here! Oh well, I’m sure they’re making loads of interest on OUR money. I normally check reviews before ordering but didn’t think I needed to with such a “reputable” brand – lesson learned. Trading Standards need to get involved with this lot.
