Number of reviews: 6 Rating:2 AVOID! Deceptive Sales Tactics! We told the salesperson that we didn’t currently have a sofa and were concerned by the possible wait times. We were assured that our sofa will be with us in “less than 6 weeks, usually 5” so we decided to wait.

Rating:2 JUST DON’T! Don’t, don’t,don’t! If you are thinking of ordering furniture from this company, please don’t waste your hard earned cash. We have had terrible trouble with two, two seater settees that we received from them in February, come July the seams of the cushions were coming part and the filling inside one of the cushions had clumped together. The cushions do not fill the covers and the cushions are ill fitting. In contacting them they are initially helpful, they said they would send us two new cushion covers ( which haven’t arrived) and the clumping of one of the cushions was customer damage! Two people have told us that a technician would call out to the house, still waiting. We have asked that they remove the settees and refund our money, I asked to speak to the manager but was refused. I was repeatedly told that the issue was now closed and I would have got on better if I had talked to a brick wall. So please don’t waste your money on ‘Fabb Furniture’ go somewhere else.

Rating:2 Extremely disappointed It’s been one of the most disappointing experiences. We purchased two mattresses during the first week of January, with the salesperson assuring delivery by the end of the month. However, to our surprise, they are only delivering them today, almost two months later. This is our last purchase from FABB and will not recommend as first they are very sweet and once business is closed they will only refer you to T&C and wont bother to show flexibility.

Rating:2 No follow up I purchased a sofa just over 2 years ago and the springs in my recliner amd chaise part have started to say really bad. When I purchased the sofa I was told I had a 5 year guarantee on the sofa. Was told a complete lie to get my money.

6 weeks later and I am now told that I will have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery(!!) because their vans are full. I made a complaint about being lied to but all I got from head office was “We’re sorry you had that experience”.
They can definitely get that sofa to us sooner but it’s just not cost effective for them so they’re refusing to help. After spending £2000 I would hope that they’d be more helpful, but they just don’t care.

Had our corner sofa for 3 weeks when I noticed it was not fit for purpose. Some of the cushions particularly the corner ones are inadequately filled. The corners are literally empty of any filling at all and the toppers” on the cushions you sit on aren’t on the top of the cushions so you can’t sit straight on them you sit on an angle falling into the drop.
When led down back is in an arch, very uncomfortable and I can’t sustain this for much longer.
Had a “specialist sent out” he stopped the creaking in the sofa but the cushions are too specification….?
So it’s ok that a sofa is made to last for 3 weeks.
He understands our concerns but there’s no manufacturer fault…?!!
It doesn’t sit right, cushions overhang.
With a lifetime guarantee……. This wasn’t a cheap sofa, it was sold to us with a “any problems” will be sorted under our guarantee, oh and extra money taken for the protection and of course delivery.
Customer Service?
I will be pursuing this under the consumer goods act 2015 for a full refund and also seeking advice from citizens advice bureau.
Do not buy from this company, once they have your money for products not fit for purpose and not well made they don’t want to know.

Update: Yesterday, we waited almost the entire morning for the delivery of mattresses, only to be informed that they were not delivered because we allegedly did not answer our phone. Despite calling them twice to inquire about the delivery status and informing them that we were eagerly awaiting the delivery, they neglected to ring the doorbell and instead called the number provided at the time of booking. While we acknowledge that a call was missed on that number, we made two attempts to check and confirm the delivery, as well as to inform them of our presence at home. There was no valid reason for them not to ring the doorbell.
They subsequently returned the delivery and are now demanding £90 for the delivery, which is exorbitant. It appears that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction at all, which is extremely disappointing.

We purchased a sofa and chair, which had usb Conner after a year the usb on the sofa stopped working . A technician was sent out and the part was replaced. A month later we went to use the head rest only to find it wasn’t working. Again a technician came out. I have just received an email now saying they would be repairing the headrest as we had been tampering with it ourselves. ! I explained why would we when we took out 4 years extended insurance on the items. But they wouldn’t listen . So my husband decided as we had nothing to loose he would take a look his self only to find that not only has one of the technicians ripped all the cover on the bottom of the sofa when trying to repair the part but the first technician had clearly connected up the electrics incorrectly hence the headrest wouldn’t work which he has now fixed himself. Now we have no option but to go to a small claims court against this company . Please don’t purchase from them and certainly don’t take out extended cover.
