Missing item
I made the following order via Spanish website with a fluent Spanish speaking friend on 28th December. It still hasn’t arrived . We have requested a follow up , however still nothing.

Everything as promised.
Very happy with my purchase. I ordered a silver necklace and was sent it in nice packaging. Nothing to complain about, everything is as it was promised on the website.
