I approached customer care initially when I noticed the stain on the pillow case. They replied in 6ish hours confirming I can wash it and if the stain does not come out in the wash i can return for a replacement.
I than went again and checked the other items and emailed again with photos. 24h later I had no reply so I emailed again asking for an update or if it would be easier to return all items. Customer care replied I can go ahead and return.
It’s a shame that customer care could not provide an exchange as the items were faulty and I will now be out of pocket for the delivery but lesson learned and I will not be a returning customer be in online or in store.
Jodi, customer services team leader is advising I need to wait 14 days before they will refund. Appalling. Save your budget and shop elsewhere
