Booking went perfectly to plan, sat nav to the hotel was straightforward, booking at the hotel was quick and easy and the hotel was lovely, drive to the meet and greet at Gatwick North was 5 minutes and no holdups on the way out, and the car was sat there waiting for me when I flew back in. No stress at all.

Booked 2 rooms with these in Sharm. Arrived at hotel and only 1 room been booked. Took me 47 minutes to speak to someone to try and sort costing me £1.75 per minute. I gave the hotel the number I’d been given and still no room had been booked. My sister in England had to try to sort and after a few more attempts ended up cancelling the booking. The adviser said there would be no fee!! Avoid at all costs!!! Customer service is diabolical as their English is so poor. This has ruined mine and my family and friends holiday. I wished I’d read the reviews before booking with them!!

I paid for a timed next-day delivery (12:00–15:00) for my wife’s birthday. It was not delivered as agreed, making the order completely useless.

They refused a refund and hid behind their internal policies, offering upgrades and store credit instead of taking responsibility.

Charging for a timed service and failing to deliver it is unacceptable.

I’ve formally rejected the order under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will now proceed with a chargeback.

I’m not sure why I keep giving them another chance. DHL isn’t perfect, but it’s still noticeably better than this, and that’s saying something. By comparison, even EVRI doesn’t look nearly as bad.

If you’re looking for a reliable courier, I would strongly recommend avoiding UPS. In my experience, deliveries are inconsistent and often fail to arrive on time, and the tracking system is largely unhelpful and unreliable.

This is a great service. Just a few minutes to get to the terminal. My car was waiting on my return to Birmingham and the way out was pointed out for me.

No trouble with entering or exiting car park. Only issue was that pathway through to Mid Stay 3 diverted around a fence to an entry point instead of going straight through the fence. Love fact that you are only a few minutes walk from departures.

Great service used this car park at Glasgow airport many times staff are always helpful and friendly just park car bus there to take you to the airport and on return just phone once you have got your luggage and the bus is there to take you back to your car
