					<description><![CDATA[I chose UR because they offered a higher trade-in value than another company I had previously used. That company paid within 2–3 days, whereas UR stated payment would take 7 working days. I accepted the longer wait because the offer was around £40 higher.

My trade-in was finalised on 15/04/2025.

After receiving my phone, UR reduced the agreed value without properly explaining what specifically justified the reduction. Although I disagreed with this, I accepted the revised offer to avoid further delays and inconvenience, as I knew the exact condition the device had been sent in and had photos before shipment.

However, the real issue has been the payment delay.

The original 7 working day timeframe passed, then I was told there was a backlog and the timeframe became 14 working days. That deadline also passed. I am now over one month since accepting the revised valuation and I still have not received payment.

I have sent several emails chasing this matter. Although customer service replies have generally been polite, the responses are vague and repetitive, usually stating that the payment is “being processed” or “should reach your account soon”, without ever giving a confirmed payment date. My most recent email has not even received a response.

Very disappointing experience overall. I would not use this trade-in service again.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I am extremely disappointed with the service from NCF. What was supposed to be an exciting purchase of sofas and a dining table has turned into a frustrating and stressful experience.

Our delivery has now been delayed by over a month with no clear explanation. Despite having paid in full upfront, we still have not received any of our furniture. Every time we contact head office, we are given different stories that clearly seem designed just to keep us waiting rather than actually resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, they have refused to offer any refund, leaving us completely stuck. Communication has now broken down entirely — our calls are no longer being answered, which is incredibly unprofessional.

The store manager has been no help at all and openly admitted she doesn’t even know where our order is. That level of disorganisation is unacceptable, especially when customers have already paid in full.

Overall, this has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from NCF.]]></description>

Day 1 I purchased some fence panels, bought 4 and got 15% off,I got my delivery, charged me £12 for over £200 order, everything is going well. One panel was faulty, a big crack through one slat. From there everything Ito zero. It took me another 6 days to get a return (couldn’t do a replacement because I wanted a different panel (that’s another story). I got my refund MINUS the 15%, REALLY I thought. I ordered my panel I wanted originally £60 for a half panel, £68 for a full size. Why 6 days, numerous calls to online CSD, couldn’t get through to the store that supplied them, I got voicemail that made no sense, made numerous calls to the store, all to no avail. The CSD couldn’t even get through. After Easter when I phoned the store. It said they were CLOSED, I found out they hadn’t switched their phone back to OPEN after Easter for 3 DAYS. I ended up having to buy the panel and got charged for another delivery £12. No 15% off. I sent a letter to the company and was offered a GIFT CARD which I don’t want. They’ve now refunded me £12 for my delivery charge. WHOOPEY DO. This is their EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER response. I wanted a fair deal NO, EMPATHY, NO, RESPECT, NO any thing.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Hotel was okay for a 2-star overnight stop, clean and comfortable.  Parking easy as we have used JetParks on many occasions.  Straightforward transfer from car park to terminal, a bit of a wait on the return but nothing out of the ordinary.  Overall a satisfactory experience.]]></description>

I bought a spinning cycle from Pulsshop back in 2022, but it was a complete failure because the bike never made it to its destination and it was quite hard to receive a refund. After two years, the company began charging me a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent because, I belie  my Banking Data  was still in their system. Although I haven&#039;t used their services since the bike issues, I have been receiving monthly DD payments for several months.I&#039;ve contacted my bank, but only the merchant can cancel this. I&#039;ve also contacted the merchant, but it&#039;s like hitting a brick wall; they will respond to you after a few weeks with a single statement that has nothing to do with my inquiry. I actually believe that my only option at this point will be to switch bank accounts because I have lost hundreds of euros and have no way to halt these payments. Go shopping somewhere else if you don&#039;t want to deal with these issues now or in a few years. There are lots other stores around!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Apart from a car on fire blocking the main entrance, then being redirected with nobody to direct the traffic. I ended up in the short stay car park and had to pay £8.50 to get out. Eventually finding the entrance from there it was so easy, to park with a lot of spaces available.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[On numerous occasions, DPD have missed the delivery slot and told barefaced lies about it. Last night, I waited for 4 hours after the 1-hour slot, with the app tracking stating, &#039;Your driver is delayed and will be with you shortly.&#039; This morning, it says they tried to deliver and I couldn&#039;t provide a pin number.

This isn&#039;t the first time it has happened. Barefaced lies instead of customer service.

Whilst obviously, problems occur, to lie and not admit and contact about the problem is completely unacceptable. Avoid like the plague.]]></description>
