Reviews are posted exactly as they are written. Reviews are never modified or moderated. If a review does not comply with policy or contains inaccuracies, a decision can be made to remove it. As a result, you will only read 100% authentic experiences on ReviewUK, exactly as the review writer intended.
Report false review?
Do you have a company page on ReviewUK and does it contain a review that does not meet our guidelines or contains false or incorrect information? Please send an email about this review with substantiation to info@reviewuk.co.uk and this review will be reviewed by us. You can also report the review on this page: CLICK. Unsubstantiated reports will not be considered.
Please note: It is not possible to have negative reviews that meet our guidelines and are therefore based on a real experience taken offline. Not even for a fee. A bad review on your page from an honest customer gives the opportunity to learn from it and perhaps improve. Besides, ReviewUK is meant to give a clear picture to consumers. A bad review is also part of this. Research has shown that consumers consider pages with only good reviews less valuable, so don’t be afraid to receive a bad review once.
Responding?
Responding to reviews is possible. This can be done directly via your company’s page. Please note that we check whether these responses come from an email address of your company. We do this to prevent abuse. Responding to reviews is subject to the same requirements as writing a review. You can read these terms of use here: CLICK.
How to remove your business page
The collection of independent reviews on our website is completely voluntary and does not involve a subscription. If you have changed your mind about having your business listed on this site, you can use the form on this page to request removal. Please use a business email address so that we can recognise the request as valid and send you confirmation. After your request has been verified, your page will be removed within a few business days.
