    Better any other insurance
    If you need to connect and actually speak with Anyone from the teem you need to take holiday 2 weeks to keep trying and even then they won’t help you. They will give you one price for insurance and after 2,3 months you start receiving calls that they change something and I have to pay more with no particular reason…

    Absolute legal scam!!
    Absolute legal scam! Literally have an option on the app to turn off auto renew (which was done!) Only to find out they auto renewed the policy anyway with no correspondence! Upon finding this out i reached out to get answers only to be told it was basically all my fault and only way you can turn off auto renew is by speaking to an advisor which is total lies! As there is literally an option on the mobile app. I was then told via email that i would get a response in 2 days to my complaint (taking it to approx 3rd / 4th of June)

    So i wait and wait and wait for a matter of weeks with no response at all, i reach out again only to be told that it is now an 8 week wait for a response!

    I have decided to cut my losses today and cancel the policy after being ignored for 16 days only to be told that it is going to cost me £125 cancellation fee rather then the £30 admin fee that was stated when the complaint was first logged!

    It is literally 1 thing after the other with this company and all because of a mistake that they made!

    Shocking company and even worse customer service!

    THE WORST INSURANCE EVER
    THE WORST INSURANCE EVER STAY AWAY CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, DON’T SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU, THEY TERMINATE INSURANCE FOR NO REASON AND YOU PAY FOR THE PLEASURE, JUST CHECK REVIEWS YOU WILL KNOW BETTER NOT GET INVOLVED

    Refuses to stop charging even after I sold car
    I found out that someone made a claim against my car. The incident supposedly happened six months ago, but I have no damage on my vehicle. I’ve submitted photos and videos of the car to show the claim must be false, but they refuse to let me stop my insurance and get a refund even though I sold the car and I don’t own or drive it anymore! I tried using their chat box to speak with someone, only the be put on “hold” for three hours already. I’m being completely ignored and hate the fact I am paying car insurance on a car I don’t own or drive anymore. They don’t have a contact phone number and are unresponsive via their chat box.

    Terrible company keep away
    This company are terrible, can’t phone them you have to request a call by email. Never reply to a single email you have to do it 2 or 3 times before you get a reply. Had replacement car cover but because my car was stolen it don’t count. And now what us to pay 26% of the claim because I have two addresses and Insured the car where it is kept.
    Be careful people pay a little extra as these are awful

    Took money WITHOUT my authorisation
    If I could give zero stars, I would!
    I did a quote for car insurance which came out at £570.70. I was asked to authorise is payment of £0 prior to agreeing to taking out the policy to verify the card I would be using, which I did. I was then instructed to download the app and verify my licence. I downloaded the app but there was nothing to verify my licence. At 16.42 I received an email with a link asking me to Complete my Purchase. I did NOT click on this link! I did NOT agreed to £570.70 to be taken from my account. I ended up taking insurance elsewhere because there was no way of verifying my license but Marshmallow ended up taking the full amount of £570.70 today, 27th Jan 24, at 15:47. I DID NOT authorise this payment and the money has been taken without my consent. I now await a reply from live chat, NOT a phone call although I have requested one, wanting that money returned to my account. I will also be contacting my bank as this money has been taken WITHOUT my authorisation!!!

    scam company
    They said they didn’t receive my paperwork after i sent it 5 times,didn’t answer my messages and after 4 days with hours notice cancelled my insurance.They have now said they are taking £130 out of my payment before they refund me for the 4 DAYS they insured me.I believe this is how they
    make there money by making it impossible to sort out the paperwork proof they need then cancelling your insurance and keeping a large chunk of it.I will be going to the ombudsman about this company
