I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived damaged and creased. I took photos of the unboxing and promptly shipped them back, expecting a straightforward resolution.

Unfortunately, 24S has been uncooperative, insisting that the outsoles are damaged, yet refusing to provide any photographic evidence of this claim. This issue remains unresolved, and I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and customer service.
While my first purchase from 24S was satisfactory, the second pair of shoes I received had a damaged heel. This not only caused embarrassment when I wore them to the mall, and squeaked every time I walked, but also posed a potential trip hazard.
I hope 24S will address these issues promptly and improve their customer service processes.
