Fine filter
You cannot remove the fine filter on the lid.You have to replace the whole lid and this can only be done by the factory.The glass is so thin too,about a millimetre.When it’s full it spills over when filling the cup.

Vacuum cleaner
The catch that holds the dust cover is broken. One of the plastic bits has snapped off. The result is the top is unable to be attached to the body of the vacuum.
