’ve lost €200+ due to delivery of damaged product which they are not willing to sort out!!!

No refund, no replacement, no communication via email! Their phones are not answering. I gave them 3 chances to resolve it. For transparency please see below the summary:

I ordered a cream and recieved a gel, my mistake acutually, so i sent it back in November 2023 . They have recieved it as i sent it tracked. I have written 6 mails and 2 contact forms and no response. Do not order from them!

I have ordered vitamins and was waiting for a month already for them . It was supposed to be delivered on 22.02.
Support does not respond. Very sad … a waste of money

You guys had a hair dye available that I normally order elsewhere, but with you the price was very cheap. The delivery is also nothing to complain about. I am happy.
