I’m beginning to think this will not arrive. It has not moved towards me in 9 days. Stuck in customs, maybe in Germany? Hard to tell. If you expect this to come within a certain time frame…..good luck! Just don’t expect it on time! It comes from LITHUANIA! Tracking is useless… Burga is only as good as their mailing partners. Maybe they should get their products delivered in another way through another carrier, not DHL.

Their phone cases might be a hit, but when it comes to their power banks or other accessories, don’t be fooled. Cheap, and plastic made. Plus, their return policy is fuzzy, as it implies getting their confirmation for return. But the customer support barely answers. And when they do, you’re back to square one explaining what’s wrong.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience, firstly I was sent a case that didn’t fit my phone and actually both parts of the case didn’t even fit together, the hard plastic outer part and the soft inside part didn’t fit together. This brand praises themselves as this high quality product brand and they charge soooo much for their products, however I think the plastic actually feels quite cheap. I’ve had cases from amazon that cost £9 that had similar quality. Also you can’t even return items, I wanted to return the case because it was too expensive for the quality in my opinion and you can’t. Customer services reply with these general ‘we are here for you and we want to make sure you have the best experience’ kind of phrases and blamed the poor quality on shipping. They did send me a new case that fitted my phone however I don’t think the quality of the materials are AT ALL worth the price. The design is cute though 🙂

I am so disappointed with their products. I bought 2 cases. The quality of the plastic is very good but the print looks super cheap in both of them.

I placed an order for 4 cases…2 for my mom’s 15 Pro and 2 for my 15 Pro Max. It took 17 days to receive them and one case was missing and 2 are completely the wrong size. I expected the guaranteed “no questions asked” exchange policy, since it is at the bottom of my completed order form…and I got 4 back and forth emails of questions asked with no resolution. They asked me to send a video of the cases not fitting, well if you live alone ( as my mom dies) she cannot take a video of her own phone not fitting in the case. Then they said they would send the case I was missing, they said they sent it. After the 3rd email they made a huge assumption that the cases were for a 15 PRO Max, but the ones that didn’t for were for the 15 Pro. Long story short, this has been a huge hassle, no resolution and no cases.
…it has been a month since I placed the order and still have cases that I ordered, except for one of the four. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY LIE AND ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Terrible product and the pay for returns. DON’T buy from this company

had to send some items back kept the phone case was ok but not outstanding
returning is a problem , spent £11 for return to Lithania then over a month later items arrive back to me

Terrible product quality and customer service. After taking almost two months for the product to arrive, it was a piece of cheap plastic which couldn’t be worth more than 5 pounds (I paid 30 pounds). I also realised the wrong model was ordered so I tried to return it. There is no return method on the website it just says to contact their email which I did. I receive an automated email saying any returns are the expense and liability of the customer and they just gave me the address to mail it to… in Lithuania! As if I hadn’t spent enough on this terrible product they wanted me to spend even more on shipping. Of course I’ve just binned the product and won’t be using them again. I do not recommend and I do actually think this is a scam website. They know they’re sending you an ugly cheap product that you’ll never be able to return.

Ordered iPhone 15 phone case on Nov 26th and got it on Jan 2, there was no update on the tracking status until I emailed inquiring about it after 4 weeks of just waiting. The quality is not same as depicted on website. The elite case offere no protection for the camera, there’s no bezel around the camera and the camera touches whatever surface we out it on and will clearly get scratches. When I brought this to customer service attention, i was told to buy a camera protector separately. Ok so what did i pay 80$ for?? And charging shipping for return? What company does that? I wish i found a review like this before i ordered and saved my money.
