I purchased 3 bras on special offer for £67.98 and then found that they had added another pack of 2 in the sum of £39.99. I emailed immediately and they responded with an apology to say that it was their mistake and that they refund the additional cost. I am still waiting for the refund and when I emailed to ask why the delay they said it was a problem with PayPal. I informed them that I did not pay by PayPal but my credit card and still waiting for the refund. The bras I have received are great, but I would not order from this company again or recommend then to anyone.

However recently things have deteriorated. The cami I ordered was on my usual size with them but was so tight I couldn’t breathe. They refused an exchange or refund as it was on a sale. I also ordered two bras, but it has been nearly 2 weeks and they have not even been dispatched yet. What’s worse is customer service send automated responses fobbing you off and asking what products you are interested in, instead of answering the question. Seriously disappointed in Conturve

Ordered a bra, which was too tight, but on trying to start a return found it impossible to find an address or label ? Automated reply to email. Contacted Paypal & got refund but £3.00 short of what I paid. I still have the useless bra ? Will never use this company again.

My item did not meet the requirements so I contacted conturve for a return. 3 emails later and still o further on other than a return was accepted. No return address, no refund pending and they want £3 to return bit to where? No response, no phone number. Appalling customer service and out of pocket

I ordered two items which I need to return I requested a return which was approved I emailed them for a refund and even though I have told them the return had been approved I can’t get a return label or address to send them back to all I get is an email back saying I need to request a return which I keep explaining I have done I will get in touch with my bank to hopefully claim £50.00 back
Do not order from this company as you will struggle to get a refund if needed

Wish I could give a minus. I am appalled at the poor service this Company are getting away with. They don’t have a phone number or an address. And when you email them to advise the item doesn’t fit they advise you you don’t need to return it. They don’t refund your money though. I am owed £126.94. They are listed on Amazon as a small family business but when you look on their website they are selling Worldwide,I think this Company should be investigated, they are rogues. I would like to hear if anyone has an address for them or if anyone has actually received a refund.

My parcel got delivered somewhere else and not to me. I contacted Conturve to report this with photographic evidence of it being delivered to the wrong house but to date have had no response. Would not recommend, customer service is non existent!

Avoid this company!!! Absolute rip off!!! Unless you know you’re keeping the items then it’s free money for nothing with them. They have had £10 of my money just because. I would never order with this scam company again. Awful awful.

First of all and really importantly Please take note of the heading!!
I cannot fault the products in any way at all!
I have just placed an order for 3 pairs of tights and a mesh bag to wash them in. All light goods, I’m sure you will all agree. I was then very disappointed to find that the shipping cost was £7.00!!

Purchased my item following the size guide but did not fit did not change my silhouette at all sent return which was excepted but I did not understand the return email to me it seemed I was not to return item no return details were on the email at all nor how to get refund I’ve emailed 9 times and still had no reply I’m not happy as I needed item for my holiday but it’s now to late so I will not use this company ever again

What a truly disappointing service from this company.

Need to return my entire order as it’s not quite as expected. Upon attempting to return the items I was unable find a way to return multiple items. I contacted Customer Service and was told I don’t need to even return items to get full refund, which will be in my bank up to 5 days later. Fabulous! I’ll just donate them to my charity and sell them in our shop.

Fast forward 10 days….

No sign of a refund so I email Customer Services once again. I’m met with a reply that pretty much mirrors their original email to me, informing me that I don’t need to return the items & can expect the refund to hit my bank account in 5 days.
My reply was to let them know that I had already received this information, 5 days had passed & I would be taking this further. Seemingly this made the ‘generous and professional’ Conturve lose their cool!

I have now been told to return the items, at the cost of £3.00 which, on top of the delivery fee, now means this order has cost me an additional £6.50! This is assuming that they do actually issue a refund once the receive my order!

I’m not hopeful, I now have to go through the whole return rigmarole (just because I dared to order multiple items) & this could so easily have been sorted (one would hope) had I been advised of the returns procedure at the beginning. Like most women, I live hand to mouth & the £54.97 I paid for my order is missed! Not to mention the further £6.50 Conturve throw in the mix for daring to ask for a refund!

I should have read these reviews before being taken in by the impressive marketing of this company’s products. I ordered an item that I received failry quickly but unlike the hype, the underwear had no compression at all so was useless. I wanted to send it back but now can’t get through the returns process. My return request has been approved but I have address or details to send the item back to. My emails don’t get answered and I now realise I was conned.

This company does not deliver. All they do is take your money ,then send emails with a tracking number which tells you nothing .
They are not interested in any form of customer service or care .Steer clear !!

I am still awaiting delivery of my order now 15 days. Tracking has gone dead and customer service non existent. No way of directly contacting them only automated email. Absolutely shocking

If you want to return your order I’d write it off…dreadful experience, took me SIX WEEKS to get my money back after an outrageous number of emails and Messenger messages. An online portal to initiate your return that DOES NOT WORK, as others have said. And then they deduct a further £3 off you for their admin once your order has been received!!!
I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. Good luck to you if your shape wear doesn’t fit.

Placed an order with next day delivery.
Nearly a week later and I still haven’t recieved my order. According to the parcels tracking, it was only sent 5 days after placing the order.
Despite emailing 3 times stating that I needed the item for an event and could they let me know if I my order would reach me on time, their response was to ignore my question entirely. I was offered a refund of my postage and told on the date of my event to expect my order in 3-5days time.

Awful customer service. I am dreading trying to get my money back.
Avoid.

Absolutely excellent these High Waisted Shaping Shorts are incredible, I wore them on a hot day and didn’t even notice, they’re like a second skin, they ‘contain all the wobbly bits’. I just wish they made one with longer legs because I have ‘fat knees’ and thighs so longer legs would be perfect, I will order more I am delighted thank you
