Terrible dishonest company that don’t pay their marketing invoices

dont touch with a barge pole. I had to input 3 measurements which i checked, checked again and triple checked. The cover arrived and one of the measurements was 20 cm short. I had to send 2 videos and a couple of photos and they’ve come offering me a new cover at a discount. Scandalous customer service but thankfully i have now raised a case with my credit card company.

Please take head of this review and shop elsewhere. this company should not be in business

Poor craftsmanship, extremely poor customer service. Pay cheap get cheap. I ordered a window seat cushion, standard rectangle. The delivery took ages as it’s all made in India. Then when it arrived it was 2 Inches short. Awful quality to add. The customer service agent Danial was rude, condescending and poor at his job. I had to go through multiple photos videos emails etc before they accepted they had made a mistake. Eventually they owned up. I would avoid this company and don’t believe the “real” reviews you read. Minus 10 stars.
