Do not sell your secondhand items with Consigned Sealed Delivered as they do not pay! I have been waiting over 10 weeks for payment! I have emailed them daily for last 3 weeks just to receive endless excuses & empty promises of payment! They break their own terms of contract at every opportunity, there is no direct tel line with their Accounts Dept who handles payments and they have ignored all my emails I have sent them, instead having to rely on customer services who send emails to accounts on the consignor’s behalf! Plus also they often have 20% discount promos to entice the buyer to buy, but without giving seller’s notification or obtaining consignor’s agreement, which ends up being deducted from the consignor’s money and not from CSD profit! Extremely unprofessional company and I would never give them anything to sell again as they just don’t pay! Moreover companies who don’t pay their suppliers are usually in financial trouble and likely to fold! A warning to anyone who has their items still with them, I would get them back before they go out of business and a consignor then becomes a creditor!!

I have given them some of my items. I have requested a response as to what has been sold and no response. I tried to email them and text them for the past 2 months, they never reply. Now I want my items back, and they WILL NOT GIVE THEM TO ME. They have stolen my items and will not reply. I am now starting legal action.

I sold a couple of bags via CSD. First two sales were fairly quick but they paid money after I chased them. The last few sales (handbag and two pairs of shoes) took them three months to pay after I visited shop in person. They never reposted on any emails – neither their accounts or customer services department l, and I sent a few. Now I am waiting almost 4 weeks to receive non sold items back.
Now I just find them rude and unprofessional with non existent customer service. I will never use them again to sell or buy.
