I have to say I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased my cantilever parasol 330mm wide with led lights. That’s unusual for me however I wanted this particular parasol because it was 80+ UV protection material. Which although adds to the cost of the item it been actually quite hard to find parasol with protection at all. The site had a small discount on the original price. But I believe it came with a cover and wind straps which it didn’t. I complain to customer service and eventually they agree 10.00 was the max discount. I have purchased these items elsewhere. I did ask them to make it specifically clear that these items are not included like they mention the heavy weights required to keep the umbrella from floating away. Overall this parasol it absolutely lovely quality sturdy easy to put together and arrived promptly from Germany. I purchased the straps through Amazon UK 12.99 and the item was still from this same company. I found any Email comms answered promptly. I don’t have any complaints about the service. Item was packaged really well no damage. I would recommend this parasol.

I ordered a Bologna Garden Bench. I received a damaged one, look like a used bench. I got contacted with customer service all started nicely. Apologies etc. officially they offered £20 for the inconvenience, but I ordered a new bench and I received a worn bench with plenty of damage. To be useable for the cost of paint, the labour, the time, the inconvenience not covering my lost so they offered £30. Ridiculous, and they said £30 the maximum. I still have to repaint the whole bench to be useable and I still don’t have a new garden bench what I ordered. Thank you Deuba
