Ordered a T-shirt and emailed to cancel order within a few hours (order made in the evening so no dispatch had taken place yet). Then emailed again the following day to ensure they’d received my initial email, again before any dispatch notification. Both emails were ignored and they dispatched the item. I then emailed again to ask for refund of postage alongside the product seeing as it was their delay in responding to emails that caused the item to be sent – AGAIN, no response! Once the return was delivered to them, I emailed once again to advise that I request reimbursement for the postage but you guessed it – no response. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid using this company – you’ll find the products they sell elsewhere and often for cheaper!

Ordered a Nike t-shirt from Drip Union and it was delivered without any problems, all in all fine.
