The product I ordered was out of stock. I only found out about this after sending 2 emails, because they didn’t reply to my initial email. I subsequently had to chase this company many times, replies were mostly slow and impersonal (emails signed off by “The Sales Team”) and when I asked to cancel my item for a full refund, I was sent an email very quickly, asking if I wanted the product anyway because it had just com back in stock. I declined. While I was waiting for over a week for the product to come back in stock, the same product showed up on their site for £5 less – and still showing out of stock. I pointed this out to them and no discount or any form of compensation was offered. Terrible communication and it really feels to me like no one cares in the slightest. I’ll start taking a similar supplement from their competitor’s brand today, don’t want to buy from Gains Nutrition again after this experience.
