After spending nearly £500 on a water feature, just 2 years in and it seems paint is coming of the exterior exposing a white plastic. Upon speaking with Gardenesque, whilst they agreed that this isn’t to be expected with their products, they wouldn’t do anything due to warranty just being passed. Whilst communicating, I was continuously dismissed and had my questions avoided.

Quote “I am very sorry that his has started to happen and I can understand my disappointment” However refused to help

Quote “We would hope that this doesn’t happen with this feature” But they weren’t willing to don anything about it!

I like to support local businesses, however I won’t be using Gardenesque again and I would advise others to avoid when spending such money.

Funny how the response to another review I have left is that they will look at the warranty period, what a farce.
