I placed an order with this company and am now regretting it. The order was placed on July 27th, paid for including extra for tracking and insurance, I have since looked into the tracking and as of yet, no shipment, August 2nd. I contacted the so-called customer service and was told it had shipped but there were problems with the tracking.
I waited until August 6th and checked the tracking again, no shipment, so once again I contacted customer service and again was told it was shipped but problem with tracking, I then suggested this was nonsense and this tracking did not exist, and demanded a refund of the tracking charge to which they agreed, I also demanded a refund on my purchase and am waiting to hear on that. I believe this company is nothing more than a scammer on most purchases and will never deliver for one reason or another, it is obvious they have no tracking in place which they are selling as an extra.

Found out when I had paid for this order that no time for delivery given. No way of contacting company to cancel the order despite contact points offered on website. Very unhappy at lack of customer service and have asked my bank for assistance,

As above i am still waiting for the paid for order .P LEASE LET ME KNOW HAT IS HAPPENING . MY car is locked in the garage and having damaged the up and over control by dropping it i am unable to open the door . Please help
