Again, I will emphasize my headline. If you want the goods that you purchase, stay away.
If you want to spend your money wisely, stay away.
If you expect communication when you try to contact said company, STAY AWAY.

This Hookee smart portable gym kickstarter project (Link to the comments portion of the kickstarter projecet at the end) was a great device idea. It started around February 2023, device was supposed to be shipped in April or May 2023 (Yes, 20 TWENTY THREE) (A year ago), It kept getting delayed, delayed, delayed, delayed and more delays. Now I’m thinking that was just a tactic, but it was a taste of what was to come over the next 12 months. Kickstarter updates got fewer and farther between, Got as bad as once a month, NOW it’s been a month and a half without an update. Company said that the rest of the orders were going to ship by April 4th 2024, (Nearly a month ago), This was on March 25th. NOW It’s May 1st and we haven’t received a single other update. No response to all the comments about where our packages are, have they shipped, etc. No more status updates, no nothing. They’ve gone dark and stolen most of our monies. A few select people have received their products, the majority have NOT. No one has ever received tracking info, or a notice of when their products were shipped, absolutely ZERO Communication, lackluster responses (when we used to get them previously, just copy pasta), and that’s all. Now NOTHING. The company doesn’t respond to their Whatsapp contact either. I’ve tried both calling and messaging over the past few weeks. ZERO, ZILDA, ZILCH, NADA, NOTHING, VOID.

Stay the heck away from this company if you value your sanity.
