Number of reviews: 4 Rating:2 AVOID! AVOID!!! Placed my order 11 days before my wedding. Paid extra for 7 day dispatch and 1 day delivery. It’s now a week after my wedding and still haven’t received them. Trying to get a refund has been horrendous. They won’t process a refund until I’ve received the flower crowns, which at this point they clearly haven’t even shipped.

What I received looked nothing like the images – it just looks like a small bunch of dead flowers with a tiny bit of string tied around the base. Even worse is their customer service (or lack of). Apparently they will only refund me in the form of store credit or minus a 30% handling fee!! I have sent several emails in an attempt to resolve this and keep getting the same copied and pasted email back about their refund policy. I will be escalating this further.

Seems that if everything is fine you’ll have a pleasant enough experience but if you have any sort of issues it’s a very different scenario. I received flowers that were curled up and dead pre-drying within my bouquet. Customer services took on average 2 days to respond when you only have 7 days to return. They admitted fault and offered to send me replacement of the bits that had died, I would have to untie and redo the bouquet myself. When I said this was unacceptable they said I could send it back (shipping to be paid both ways for by me) and a £12 fee for them to re-do it. If I wanted to return completely I paid shipping cost to return and 30% restocking fee – which is ultimately what I had to do. I have raised a claim with my bank.

I wrote this on their Instagram and they blocked me and I see trust pilot have removed ‘fake’ reviews at the organisations request here – I’d hazard a guess they weren’t fake at all.
It’s a stressful time, don’t risk it – terrible product, terrible customer service, no right to a refund even if they’re at fault.
