First order and it’ll definitely be the last 👎🏻🤬 I don’t think my words will be good enough to explain how much of a mess this shop is, the shear level of stupidity is unreal, messed my order up so all the hassle (40 calls 📞) to send it back and for them to re-send it to me again and it turns out the exact same wrong order as I sent back in the first place 😤😡 how can you mess up so much when your business relys on web sales only ,anyway I can’t be annoyed wasting anymore time on this circus act . YOU’VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

I have just received my order 5 minutes ago of 4 in 1 lawn feed, one bag is full of congealed hard compact feed like rocks which is not acceptable the other bag has been wet and is full of again congealed parts but is still damp these are not usable and will not work in the spreader please see attached photos, this is not what I have paid £64 for, this looks like last years product that has been laying around, thank you

SCAM COMPANY. RECEIVED HALF AN ORDER, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. NOR ANSWER THE PHONE. GOT MY MONEY BACK AFTER RINGING PAYPAY…FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH, PAY THE EXTRA AND GO SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT….

BUYER BEWARE.

As per previous customer, placed an order with this company direct from their website, within 24hrs they cancelled the order with the exact same message,
Likewise I emailed them several times without reply, tried the telephone but they don’t answer the phone.
Not letting it rest as a matter of principle I activated a “charge back” via my bank I have now received my money back, and just for good measure I have reported them to Salford Trading Standards.
By the way they are still advertising the product that I ordered.
