this is a known brand and has physical shops in some countries but seems the website is managed by scummers. Return never works, moreover, there’s not mentioned any phone number to call and have a normal conversation and clear answers from customer service. They keep sending nonsense replies to your complaint that you can’t submit a return (it’s simply saying the order was not found) and they don’t give any alternative option to submit a return. So make sure not to order from these scummers (who look so official ) if you like some dress of this brand, buy it from the alternative websites.
