Awful awful company – don’t touch it even if it’s the absolute last option. We ordered stair gates which do not fit – so we ordered extenders – by the time they arrived and we tried to navigate their horrendous returns page on the website – and spent over an hour on the phone trying to get through to them – they said we are out of time for returns for the gates but can return the extenders. To add insult to injury, they then said because the product not fitting is classed as a change of mind – there is a £15 charge to return the £25 extenders! So basically anything you buy and you change your mind about – you have to pay a £15 charge for!!!! What company does this these days. In addition – their phone lines are only open 10-2pm and they hide their contact email so you can only contact them by a form and you need to attach photos to this – it’s the most convoluted process ever.
I am absolutely disgusted with the service we have received from this company – please do not purchase anything from them – you don’t need to, there are hundreds more companies out there selling baby/child products who will provide a much better service to you.
