With delivery charges, installation costs and recycling of old appliance factored in, Mark’s Electrical always works out the most cost effective, over the other leading electrical appliance stores.
The big issue with ordering from this company is it’s a gamble with their delivery drivers . They seem incompetent to sum them up.
They left my new tumble dryer positioned on an obvious slant, with 7cm difference between the feet. Both men seemed clueless and queried over how to install a condensor dryer. I literally had to advise them of what should have been a straightforward connection using the stacking kit provided.
No wonder the clowns left in a hurry!
They would have known they’d not installed it correctly. It looks ridiculous .
How does this company get away with hiring inexperienced, seemingly unqualified installation staff?
Can’t use my new tumble dryer now, not until it’s been positioned safely. Have to wait over 48 hours for them to return and correct their installation errors.
Really had to push for an apology over the phone to customer service.
