We booked a 9 p.m. tour of the Royal Palace of Turin for August 3rd, 2024. In April, the guide changed it to 10 a.m., but the day before, we received a re-confirmation for 9 p.m. On the day, we were called at 10:05 a.m., informed there was no 9 p.m. tour, and rushed to join a shorter, noon tour in the heat.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!

I was brought to their website (not realising from tickets at work for employee perks for discounted tickets. They end up charging $80 more for 3 tickets from their website. Website says free cancelling but when you actually ask them to cancel they said it can’t be done and the $80 is taxes and fees they charge. what a scam and ripoff.

When reading other reviews other people were scammed where their tickets weren’t even valid and people wrote that if you put anything less than 3 stars on their website then it doesn’t show up
