Website looks good but be extremely wary they are scammers and will try to scam you out of your money.
I completed all required details including a delivery address and my contact number. I received a message with n order number saying it was paid.
My flowers sent an email to say their was a problem with address details, which I didn’t open until the next day after I complained that the flowers hadn’t been received.
I contacted ‘My flowers on webchat to complain’ a customer service lady checked my details and said the flowers were scheduled for the next day (over 24 hours too late) and to an address n london I had never heard of and not the one I had entered on the order form. The customer service lady who sounded very helpful but not great English also said that someone had called ‘My flowers’ after they received my order and changed the delivery address details. This person wasnt me.
The customer servive person also then checked my mobile number and said it was the same as on the order form. She also said that they had tried contacting my mobile number, the one I entered on the form, and she said that they tried contacting me but couldn’t get through, “due to a problem”.
I later received an email from the ‘My Flowers Team’ saying they had tried contacting me but provided a completely different mobile number to mine as the one they had tried to contact me on. I pointed this out and they then sent another emailing suggesting I had made an error on the form by giving a wrong digit and should have checked details as outlined in their ‘terms and conditions’.
I had previously asked for a full refund due to their errors and informed them I had contacted my bank to cancel and dispute the transaction due to No Service as expected. I also informed them I will be contacting. CAB, trading standards etc about unfair trading standards etc . I also quoted their own florist code of conduct.
As yet they still haven’t released my funds/transaction. I’m stll waiting for a refund. I had to purchase flowers elsewhere. Use this florist at your own risk and extra expense! Beware..

They will also not give you your money back if ‘she doesn’t like the bouquet’ as they say on the website. They’ll just give a tiny proportion as a credit note. Who in their right mind would want to spend anymore money with this company is beyond me. AVOID!!!!!

Ordered flowers last minute for my daughter’s birthday.
The site says put your address so we can let you know when delivery will be. I did as instructed and the site says delivery the next day which was a Sunday. No information that it will just be within London as my address was not clearly in London.
I then received an email confirming my delivery the next day stating the date and time.
When nothing arrived, I called to follow up and was told I should have read everything on the site! And delivery will be the day after which was a Monday.
A refund was not available because it has been dispatched except it won’t get to me on the date required.
They then delivered it a day late only with one item missing!
Totally disappointed daughter for her birthday. It was meant to be a surprise!
Requested for a full refund but no response! Expensive for such a bad service!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
It is a scam to get your money with very bad service and bad customer service complaints handling.

I Googled “same day flowers delivery Shrewsbury” and a paid listing for MyFlowers was top of the results.
This means that MyFlowers specifically pay for this advert to show when people Google that term.
The advert clearly stated that they did same day delivery in Shrewsbury.
I clicked through to their site, chose a bouquet and went to pay.
I put in my nan’s address in Shrewsbury and it let me pick delivery for that day, and pay £15 extra for delivery before 6pm. I then paid, with these options selected.
Once I had paid, the website showed my delivery to be the next day.
I immediately rang them and their customer service said that they do not offer same day delivery anywhere outside London!
I asked for the order to be cancelled and to be fully refunded. They said they had to get a manager to phone me back.
Half an hour later a ‘manager’ called me and instead of agreeing to process my refund, kept trying to upsell me to keep my order, offering me incentives like a free teddy bear!
I was firm that I wanted to cancel, and they said that they had to get another manager to authorise that and that they would phone me back within half an hour.
Four hours later I had heard nothing, so I rang them and got told that a manager had to call me back again.
I was extremely clear that all I wanted was to cancel and receive a full refund. The person who rang me back was extremely insistent that I should take the added incentives instead and told me that she ‘needed to understand why I wasn’t taking them’. Finally she agreed to a refund, but said it would take five working days.
Seven working days later I had not received the refund, so I phoned up and was told it was because there was a difficulty with my bank. I had paid via PayPal, which has an extremely simple refund service.
I threatened to take them to the small claims court and miraculously, the refund was processed half an hour later! This time I got an email saying that they had had a technical fault.
All along the line they have been deceptive and obstructive – from false advertising about offering same day delivery in Shrewsbury (I have kept screenshots of the advert, so don’t try to deny it MyFlowers), to making me speak to multiple people to get a simple refund, then holding on to my money for longer than they said they would and only issuing a refund when I chased them.
Appalling service, I strongly suggest you avoid.
