I placed an order and 2 of the items did not arrived I receive the order confirmation but it did not say that there would be partial delivery at this stage I am not really sure if this is the case.
I emailed and received an automatic reply that they try to reply within 72 hour! that is quite a long time.
there is a phone number which I called every hour an no one never picked up
I left a message and no one called back.
the items were bought on next day delivery and paid extra for that . I paid that as I am going away I now don’t know if another parcel will arrive or not.

The shoes might be nice but it is a very poor customer service not sure if anyone was working at all today in the customer service department.
Very disappointing was looking forward to my purchases and would have expected at least better commuinications from them

I did not get the discount code to work while ordering, so I paid more than promised. Nevertheless, the shoes are really beautiful.
