PLUSSHOP IS A FRAUDULENT AND MORALLY CORRUPT RETAILER
This business should be investigated and closed down for fraudulently taking money from naive shoppers who are unwittingly signed up to a monthly subscription that doesn’t stop and by all accounts, cannot ever be cancelled. Absolutely outrageous and I intend to make it my mission to expose them for this disgusting practice and wide scale theft.

Scam forced monthly subscription without knowing it!
I purchased a product from Plusshop and without my knowledge or any notification they started a monthly subscription of 9.95, I hadn’t noticed this charge for several months, there was no way to cancel the subscription on their website and support through email was extremely rude and was clearly just trying to mislead people in an under handed scam. I reported this to my credit card company that blocked future payments a year ago and now plusshop payments of 9.95 have suddenly started again! Be warned.

I have no idea who or what these people are and I don’t remember ordering a thing from them . All I know is that £9-95 is being taken from my account monthly .

Poor service
It took several days for the credit card payment to be logged even though the payment had been made. There was no email confirmation of purchase. It took several days and a complaint to stop the free trial of monthly ‘membership’ payments. Messages weren’t answered and there is no call centre. My item did eventually arrive, but using Plusshop was a stressful experience which I won’t repeat.

Not clear its a Subscription website
I purchased something in May, then realised a few months later that I was paying £9.95 per month! It wasn’t very clear at all that you had to subscribe to make a purchase. My £10 item has now cost me £50……. please be aware!

I bought a spinning cycle from Pulsshop back in 2022, but it was a complete failure because the bike never made it to its destination and it was quite hard to receive a refund. After two years, the company began charging me a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent because, I belie my Banking Data was still in their system. Although I haven’t used their services since the bike issues, I have been receiving monthly DD payments for several months.I’ve contacted my bank, but only the merchant can cancel this. I’ve also contacted the merchant, but it’s like hitting a brick wall; they will respond to you after a few weeks with a single statement that has nothing to do with my inquiry. I actually believe that my only option at this point will be to switch bank accounts because I have lost hundreds of euros and have no way to halt these payments. Go shopping somewhere else if you don’t want to deal with these issues now or in a few years. There are lots other stores around!
