Having ordered previously from this company and being very impressed with the standard of the product; I re ordered the same batch.
Despite numerous follow ups by email and several attempts to contact this company by phone, I have still not received my order(despite the website stating otherwise!).

I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of response and would appreciate it if the product I have purchased is delivered or my payment refunded.
