I paid for an item at the beginning of January had no correspondence after payment some come end of January I contacted them to find out where my order was and they stated they was waiting for stock despite the website saying 3-5 day dispatch time this was already 2 weeks I then requested a refund to be told it had been dispatched and 3 weeks later still nothing I have had to go to the bank to get a refund waste of my time

Do not buy the “Personalised Table Top Piano” – this item came faulty AND damaged. Sellers will not reply to emails now. its £165 and not worth the money. We will be posting reviews on every platform untill they reply. Very disapointed with this seller. Have read reviews on trust pilot and many people are on the same boat. They stop repying to unhappy customers. Left granddaughter without a christmas present.
