This company is an absolute scam.
The items that they send are the lowest quality you can imagine.
I spent £80 on 2 pairs of nike trainers. What came was not nike absolute scam.
Don’t waste your money.
I applied for a refund & they offered me £5.99 back in credit.
The customer service is horrendous.

They are scammers, if you don’t get your items or if you receive an a item that is not correct they just ignore you and you lose you Money. Don’t order with them.

If I could give them a zero I would. Sizing of product all wrong. I was told to cut up and dispose of and I would get a refund. Well NO refund or item. Customer service is a joke. I don’t know if it is just a robot but no one answers the questions or reads what you say. You go round and round and round in circles same answers all the time. Stay well clear of this company.

Worst customer service ever. When you chat with them they don’t even look what you ask they will say what they need to say. I bought some items and the item was missing by the courier company. Voghion ask me contact courier company where as I never chose the courier company. It’s been going for last 10 days without any solution. I kindly ask send me the item again or refund my money. Their customer service is worst then any company.

I brought a bag off this company. It stated it was genuine leather, but when I received the bag it was PU leather. I contacted customer support which in itself so slow. They offered me a refund of £7.98, the bag cost £47.97. But it’s a nice bag so I exceped the refund, only to be told I had to distroy the bag and send a picture of it destroyed, then I would get my £7.98 refund. I could not believe it so crazy. I would think carefully before buying anything from Voghion.

This exact same thing happened to me and whenever I said I wanted my money back they ignored me for half an hour straight then acted like a different person and that they didn’t know what was going on

I placed a small order after reading mixed reviews, just to test it out. They have been shocking to deal with. They added £5 to my £30 order without telling me, I tried to contact them and all they do is ask for pictures then tell you nonsense and don’t reply to your query. I’ve been trying to sort this out for 8 days now. They will respond to this review by saying contact us, which I have already done. The website is in pounds £, but they claim they are charging in Euros and this explains the extra charge!? It’s been 8 days since I ordered, no sign of goods yet.

I don’t know if customer service is a bot or a person, but I was assisted. Meanwhile, my order has also arrived and everything is to my satisfaction.
