The product functions perfectly- and I started the vehicle easily – I also needed a replacement part which I had damaged and had no problem contacting after sales, who dealt with the matter extremely efficiently- I would recommend this product

I purchased an Untethered wall box as I was using it plug and play until I switched to ev night so I had to set a charging program but there is an issue with the unit that it needs a software update but I have to send it to their workshop, so I would have to pay for an electrician to come remove it make safe until it returns and refit it plus I would have the increased cost of public charging this is all financially uneconomical and at my cost. I have asked them to send me a replacement i would then get it refited and return faulty one they refused so i decided to purchase another make and make a section 75 claim against them. I wouldn’t buy from them because of this. This review is factual and correct emails to back it up but there are other models out there just look at others.

You manually asked DPD to leave your order unattended without a signature in front of your property which is against our contract with DPD and puts you at sole responsibility for the parcel. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our 22kW charger did not meet your expectations.

However, we have explained to you over e-mail that the root cause is your vehicle’s onboard charger. Simply stated, your vehicle does not support 22kW charging, independent of the brand or type of charger you purchase.

In fact, our website features an EV Charging Guide for all major car models (your vehicle included), which specifically states that the maximum charging speed for your vehicle is 11kW.

Bought a 22kw charger as described on the website, when installed it only charges 11kw, was then told by the agents, that the maximum it charges is 11kw with the connector they supplied and you cant change the charger,.

avoid as dishonest and mis advertised, will be taking this further as i spent nearly £600 with them.

Would give a zero star if it were an option. Ordered a charger months ago which has since been lost or taken by Vorsprung or the company they use to deliver their units. They have completely ignored my emails and have taken full payment for an item which I do not have. I question if they are an actual company or just theives!!!

Ordered new cable for an Audi and it met expectations. It comes with a handy bag to make it easier to store the charging cable in the boot. Furthermore, I have not had any problems with the cable, connecting is no problem and the car charges as it should.
