Awful company, cancelled our booking a week before it was booked for without any reason and no mention of refund, I called airport tavern who advised they are no longer using them due to issues they were having and I would need to book directly through them instead.

Rating:2 CANCELLATION PAID IN FULL FOR PARKING AT BRISTOL ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT FOR SOME REASON MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED, TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THEM IS A NIGHTMARE, BUT MANAGED TO BOOK SILVER PARKING ONLY HOPE A REFUND IS FORTHCOMING……..WASTE OF SPACE!!!!!!!!!!

Rating:2 Appalling - last minute cancellations with no reason why! As others have said – awful service. Lastminute cancellation on our pre-booked and paid for car parking at Bristol airport. No explanation given in the email and no mention of when the refund will be made (having finally managed to get in touch with them was told 7-10 working days) Still no apology or reason given for the cancellation.

Rating:2 Avoid at all costs Do not book with this company. Just 1 week To go to our holiday which is supposed to be a happy time and they cancel. When you call to ask for an explanation they hang up on you. Avoid at all costs.

Same recent situation as others. Booking cancelled by them on June 28th- explanation was because of problem with card processor and promise of refund within 10 days but this hasn’t been received and it’s impossible to get through to anyone on the number on their website.

Rating:2 AVOID AT ALL COST Avoid at all costs. Booked parking at Gatwick months ago and paid in full, out of the blue I received an email this morning saying my booking is cancelled just four days before departure. They keep hanging up the phone after a few seconds. Disgusting!

Rating:2 Thieves - avoid at all costs Like most reviews on here, stupidly left £20 in the car for good on the return journey which was stolen. Mileage increase drastically and car left unlocked while I was away. I got the notification on my phone and had to lock it remotely whilst away wondering why it was being used mid way through the trip?! As expected the local company and just park me have ignored me and won’t deal with the issue. Avoid! It’s cheap for a reason and we have learned the hard way!

Rating:2 Nightmare Service Collected bags called them, went to answer phone. After 10 calls and 20 minutes finally got through! Was told the car would be delivered shortly, 50 minutes later and about 6 phone calls, finally got the car! Car was stored in a field, could see that from the car app, so when it finally arrived it was very muddy. This company is enough to put you off valet parking for life, avoid at all costs!,

Rating:2 Worst service ever from a bunch of thieves Kept me waiting ages on arrival and sent me first to one floor of the car park then another 3 times before I finally got my car collected. On my return to London the guy on the phone was incredibly rude and then to top it all off, when I got home I found several items had been stolen from my car as well including coins I had foolishly left in my glove box and several items of camping equipment I had in the boot. Bunch of thieves. Avoid them like the plague

Rating:2 Rude and dishonest company Booked with this company, their dates boxes kept changing automatically and I had to keep putting the dates back. I finally booked and the page confirmed my booking coming back a day earlier. I contact them straight away but their online chat told me to call next day as they couldn’t do anything. Next day a very rude lady on the phone told me that if I booked online I had to check my dates before confirming it, which I did. I told them it’s their website mistake and they said they are not responsible for their booking page. Very convenient response. She wanted to charge 15£ just to amend a mistake on the web. I found them dodgy so I decided better to cancel and they said they will charge me 20£ for cancelling and 10 days for the money to show on my account. Even though it’s still pending and I called them 8 hours after I booked. They were rude and inflexible then I read the reviews on them. I wish I read them before. Don’t use this company…now I am taking legal action, I am a lawyer so it doesn’t cost me, not for the money, for the principle and for the horrible appalling costumer service.

Rating:2 Dishonest and incompetent As requested I provided my flight details and when landed at 10.30pm I made the call to confirm my arrival and give them required notice to bring my car to Gatwick. On the booking information, they said to allow 25 – 35 minutes.

Rating:2 Do not use this company - check out the reviews on Trust Pilot Had to wait over 2 hours for our car. Wouldn’t release the car until we had paid an additional £15 by bank transfer. Others in the same situation couldn’t make the payment as their bank app wouldn’t let them. I had to override all the bank warnings . Had to call 3x. The man on the other end of the phone was rude beyond belief and was screaming at me. Also, had to pay an additional £5 at drop-off and another £5 on collection. Our wait was shorter than some of the other people in the car park. One family with young children said the parking company had trouble finding their car registration number and as they couldn’t pay the £15 over their phone, they weren’t sure if they were even going to get their car park. Look at the reviews on Trustpilot. They correspond exactly with our own experience. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL.

Rating:10 Reliable service. My experience at JustParkMe was positive. My car was handed back to me in the same condition, there was no damage and no unaccounted mileage. I would be happy to use this service again.

I called and emailed just park me who both said I would receive a refund within 7-10 days but never received it and now they’re ignoring me. I have opened a dispute with my bank so should hopefully get it back!

Having done some detective work (spoke to the actual car park owner) they have cancelled the contract with them!
Thankfully managed to book new car park but at £50 more!

We booked a “meet and greet” car parking service. Alarm bells started ringing when we were directed to ignore the instructions in the email but drive to a car park in the middle of Luton. When we arrived there was nobody there but another family who told us they were waiting for the guy in a car. We called the number to find out what was happening, and he instructed us he was on his way. Several minutes later he turned up and it became clear that he was the only person ferrying passengers to and from the airport. He asked us and the other family if we could sit on each others laps so he could squeeze 8 people into his car. We refused so he said “another driver” would be along in a minute. There wasn’t another driver, so we had to wait for his return. When he eventually returned we got dropped off half a mile from the airport and now being pushed for time we had to run our cases and our children to the airport so that we could make our flight.
We were a bit apprehensive about the return trip, realising that in the confusion they hadn’t asked for our key so we wouldn’t be getting a “meet and greet” return service either.
I was pleasantly surprised when calling the number, we were told they would be 15 minutes. They were not. After 45 minutes somebody showed up in a car having seemingly emptied his entire belongings into the footwells. He struggled to unlock the boot so asked if we could have our case on our laps. We refused that so when he did finally open the boot it was full of tools so there was barely room to fit our case in anyway.
I wouldn’t recommend this “service” to anybody.

Fast forward to 11.30pm. This is when they finally bought me my car. This was after over 15 calls where I had very mixed messages: “your car will be 20mins”, “your car hasn’t left yet”, “your car is on the way and will be an hour”, “the car is there – can you not see it, check the carpark properly”.
At 1am I ended up calling 101 and reporting the car stolen to the police, at which point they told me they had issues with this company but they couldn’t do anything about it. They will eventually return the car, they’re just always much later than promised. When I told Just Park me this, they said “if you did report it, we’re going to have to abandon your car on the motorway”. Obviously this was just a futile threat.
After another call, they then said my battery had gone and they’d tried to restart it for me. More lies.
Eventually we got our car back at 1.30am. With the seat wet (assuming they piddled on it or something).
I will never use this company again and I feel deeply sorry for everyone that works there. They obviously are unskilled and lack integrity. If I were you, I’d avoid at all costs.
