This is a comment i found here, it happened the same to me so I repost it:
PD: They ask for score of 9 – 10 and below they attach 2 pdfs with the receipt and the car damages they invented.
First of all they dont accept a full insurance purchased on booking.com where i booked a car.
Second they charge you for scratches, even though I have video that these scratches were there before, the agent by pick up checked the video and said that everything is fine. But after 3 days i receive an email that they will take 150 euro from my account for the scratches. Not existing customer service. I reported on booking.com
I’m giving a star but I wish there was half a star

After we rented a car for 4 months , everything was fine and the reserved amount was returned
I received a withdrawal of 50 euros and an email stating that I had a speeding ticket, although I was neither in the place nor the time I was in the ticket
I informed them by email of the objection and sent more than one email and tried to contact the owner but no one responded. The company has no effective communication any sent to many emails for the company but no one responded
I went back to my bank, Al Rajhi, and informed them of the process and that the withdrawal had been made but I did not receive a code or anything I hope that the amount would be refunded, but unfortunately the bank did not do anything
And what is more frustrating is that an additional amount of 50 euros was withdrawn again after a second month and a ticket in another area????!!!!
Beware of them
Whoever took from them should be careful and cancel the cards

A while later the lady offer me an Audi A2 and say its their last german made car and I have to top up another $370Euros if I want. I have no choice but to accept as I’m too tired after a long flight to negotiate as she’s not even interested to talk to me. I tried reasoning with her but she only reply me that it is a company policy.
Meanwhile, as I was registering for my car, I overheard her telling her partner that another group of tourists is approaching and it is time to go back and she asks her partner to charge extra $50euros if they want to collect their cars as it is abt 945pm and they are closing soon. Again the customers are not happy as it is not stated in the contract, but no choice to pay as they have already made an advance payment like me.
My friend at the same time rented from europcars but did not face any issue and get the car he rented for even he’s late for an hour.
As I have travelled around Europe and heard alot of bad service and scams, but i have never expect a German car rental company scamming its customers in this way and doesnt care about its future in this industries.

Arrived on Mallorca, Palma Airport a late saturday evening, with a confirmed reservation, prepaid. Our flight was half an hour late, of course reported to OK Mobility via email.
Arriving at the the OK Mobility desk, there were 176 in line before us. We waited in 2,5 hours, just to be told that there were no cars at all. The manager on site declined to hand out any written documentation that there were no cars. The only instruction we got was to contact customer service.
OK Mobility have not answered any of my 3 emails, they never pick up the phone, the full payment of 13 days rental still remains to be reimbursed.

Look, I’m not one to rant online usually, but my experience renting a motorbike from these guys was such a nightmare that I gotta warn you all. Save yourself the headache and steer clear!
First off, picking up the bike was a total mess. The girl at the counter took forever – like 40 minutes of messing up the contract and having to redo stuff. I was losing the will to live by the end of it.
Then comes the motorbike. Oh boy. The ABS light was flashing like a disco, but when I asked for another ride, they basically said “tough luck, pal.” Not to mention it wasn’t even the type of bike I booked! And the cherry on top? The engine sounded like it was about to cough up a lung.
The staff? Let’s just say customer service isn’t their strong suit. They forgot to give me a parking ticket, so I had to pull some sketchy parking moves just to go back and sort it out. Real professional, guys.
Returning the motorbike was another comedy of errors. They have a special return process different from all other rentals which they forgot to mention, so I nearly missed my flight trying to figure it out and circled the airport 3 times. The staff couldn’t be bothered to help despite personally going in, so I had to get directions from a rival company. Talk about awkward.
Oh, and heads up – I saw them trying to charge other customers for “scratches” that looked suspiciously like just plain old dirt. Sneaky, huh?
Bottom line: Avoid these guys like you’d avoid gas station sushi. Shell out a few extra bucks elsewhere for your own sanity. Trust me, it’s worth it.
P.S. I’m half expecting them to hit me with some bogus charges after all this. Wish me luck!

On arrival we were left waiting over an hour, then forced to top up on insurance because our credit card did not work. Once we refused, it magically worked again?! Down in the parking lot, the tank was half and we paid full2full, the attendant said its not his problem. Two days on the phone to customer care turned no resolve so we decided to take the half tank hit.
On return, we were accused of damage which we disputed as there was clearly no damage. Two days later €360 went from our account. I cant get any documentation because everything is done online and they refuse to send me on copies. All I have are pictures of a clearly NOT damaged car on return.

No one has bothered to call me. I have spent two days being passed from one department to the other and when I argue I rented a functioning car, not a broken car, no one takes responsibility and passes me to the next phone line.
I have 2 small children and can’t leave them, nor waste a whole day picking up a car in another city.
No help from anyone. Absolute garbage customer care who takes no responsibility for their broken cars. Then they expected me to pay for a tow truck to bring me my replacement car.
I have insurance with a 3rd party company and they claim since I dont have their insurance, its my responsibility to deal with their broken car.

In the check in of the car, I was told it is all OK by the employee but after returning the car 2 weeks, I received an invoice of £ 560 and damage report without my signature/agreement. No photo and I did check the car carefully before drop off. They just made it up to rip you off. I also saw quite a few reviews on Trip Advisor sharing the same story. And good luck contact them

You don’t get a specific e-mail from them that they have discovered a damage and are charging you for that. I just randomly discovered in my bank that there was taken 900 euros from my card, so I had to search through all the documents they had sent me and there is was between 10 others documents.
