    Totally ruined holiday
Tenerife office. Humiliating and rude treatment by the staff. Worn-out and broken cars (had to replace them, losing 2 days of vacation). Insurance scam when picking up the car, and upon return, they added non-existent damage without any explanations or photos. The location is very far from the airport, and with heavy traffic, you risk missing your flight.

    Thief company.
    Thief company.
This is a comment i found here, it happened the same to me so I repost it:
PD: They ask for score of 9 – 10 and below they attach 2 pdfs with the receipt and the car damages they invented.
First of all they dont accept a full insurance purchased on booking.com where i booked a car.
Second they charge you for scratches, even though I have video that these scratches were there before, the agent by pick up checked the video and said that everything is fine. But after 3 days i receive an email that they will take 150 euro from my account for the scratches. Not existing customer service. I reported on booking.com
I’m giving a star but I wish there was half a star

    ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️
⛔️ Beware of them, they are scammers

After we rented a car for 4 months , everything was fine and the reserved amount was returned
I received a withdrawal of 50 euros and an email stating that I had a speeding ticket, although I was neither in the place nor the time I was in the ticket
I informed them by email of the objection and sent more than one email and tried to contact the owner but no one responded. The company has no effective communication any sent to many emails for the company but no one responded
I went back to my bank, Al Rajhi, and informed them of the process and that the withdrawal had been made but I did not receive a code or anything I hope that the amount would be refunded, but unfortunately the bank did not do anything
And what is more frustrating is that an additional amount of 50 euros was withdrawn again after a second month and a ticket in another area????!!!!
    Beware of them
Whoever took from them should be careful and cancel the cards

    bad experience
I rented a Mercedes C class from ok mobility at carrental.com. When we reach Frankfurt terminal 1, we were directed to terminal 2 to collect our cars. Frankfurt airport terminal 1 to 2 is a distance away and we need to take a shuttle bus to the terminal 2. When i reach terminal 2 it was abt an hour late from the booking time as the bus only come every 30mins. When I collect the Mercedes C class, i was told that the car have been given away and I have to top up another $170euros to upgrade to a MG which i felt puzzled and tried reasoning that a MG is a downgrade from a Mercedes, but the lady at the counter ask me to go to other car rental if I’m not satisfied and my upfront payment will be forfeited. (As my purpose of coming to Germany is try driving at the unlimited speed at the autobahn, I felt that a more powerful car like the Mercedes is safer.)

A while later the lady offer me an Audi A2 and say its their last german made car and I have to top up another $370Euros if I want. I have no choice but to accept as I’m too tired after a long flight to negotiate as she’s not even interested to talk to me. I tried reasoning with her but she only reply me that it is a company policy.

Meanwhile, as I was registering for my car, I overheard her telling her partner that another group of tourists is approaching and it is time to go back and she asks her partner to charge extra $50euros if they want to collect their cars as it is abt 945pm and they are closing soon. Again the customers are not happy as it is not stated in the contract, but no choice to pay as they have already made an advance payment like me.

My friend at the same time rented from europcars but did not face any issue and get the car he rented for even he’s late for an hour.

As I have travelled around Europe and heard alot of bad service and scams, but i have never expect a German car rental company scamming its customers in this way and doesnt care about its future in this industries.

    Do not use this company!
Do not use this company! Customer service is non existing.

Arrived on Mallorca, Palma Airport a late saturday evening, with a confirmed reservation, prepaid. Our flight was half an hour late, of course reported to OK Mobility via email.

Arriving at the the OK Mobility desk, there were 176 in line before us. We waited in 2,5 hours, just to be told that there were no cars at all. The manager on site declined to hand out any written documentation that there were no cars. The only instruction we got was to contact customer service.

OK Mobility have not answered any of my 3 emails, they never pick up the phone, the full payment of 13 days rental still remains to be reimbursed.

    AVOID
AVOID. Took 174 euros from our security deposit upon returning the car in perfect condition. The reason given for this charge was ‘car upgrade’, which we weren’t made aware of at the point of picking up the car. No ‘extras’ were discussed, and had they been, we would not have agreed to them. I reported this to customer services and they agreed that such a charge should not have been taken from the security deposit, however they are unwilling to do anything about it. Worth looking at reviews for this company on Trustpilot (average of 1.3/5 says it all). Unfortunately we learnt the hard way. Fraudulent company – do not use.

I was robbed in Alicante for 280 euros. They say I broke the mirror, but in the photos I took the mirror was undamaged. they don’t want to give the money back. They talk nonsense. They made me understand that if I compleyn, they would take more from my card. ordinary Thieves. I didn’t damage anything in their car.

    Avoid like plague
!!!This is a terms and conditions company – beware!!!

Look, I’m not one to rant online usually, but my experience renting a motorbike from these guys was such a nightmare that I gotta warn you all. Save yourself the headache and steer clear!

First off, picking up the bike was a total mess. The girl at the counter took forever – like 40 minutes of messing up the contract and having to redo stuff. I was losing the will to live by the end of it.

Then comes the motorbike. Oh boy. The ABS light was flashing like a disco, but when I asked for another ride, they basically said “tough luck, pal.” Not to mention it wasn’t even the type of bike I booked! And the cherry on top? The engine sounded like it was about to cough up a lung.

The staff? Let’s just say customer service isn’t their strong suit. They forgot to give me a parking ticket, so I had to pull some sketchy parking moves just to go back and sort it out. Real professional, guys.

Returning the motorbike was another comedy of errors. They have a special return process different from all other rentals which they forgot to mention, so I nearly missed my flight trying to figure it out and circled the airport 3 times. The staff couldn’t be bothered to help despite personally going in, so I had to get directions from a rival company. Talk about awkward.

Oh, and heads up – I saw them trying to charge other customers for “scratches” that looked suspiciously like just plain old dirt. Sneaky, huh?

Bottom line: Avoid these guys like you’d avoid gas station sushi. Shell out a few extra bucks elsewhere for your own sanity. Trust me, it’s worth it.

P.S. I’m half expecting them to hit me with some bogus charges after all this. Wish me luck!

    Menorca rental
Hired the vehicle in May this year in Menorca, had a problem with the car unable to contact any one on any number provided including the breakdown number. Told on return I would receive the return of my £100 for the interior of the car within 48 hours, despite sending emails it has still not been received. Dreadful company no customer service.

    Worst experience ever
We rented a car through carrental.com who sub-contracted okmobility, valencia Airport in Spain.
On arrival we were left waiting over an hour, then forced to top up on insurance because our credit card did not work. Once we refused, it magically worked again?! Down in the parking lot, the tank was half and we paid full2full, the attendant said its not his problem. Two days on the phone to customer care turned no resolve so we decided to take the half tank hit.
On return, we were accused of damage which we disputed as there was clearly no damage. Two days later €360 went from our account. I cant get any documentation because everything is done online and they refuse to send me on copies. All I have are pictures of a clearly NOT damaged car on return.

Abandoned 160km from nearest office. Gave me a broken car
I am currently stuck 200km from Barcelona after I rented a car which had electrical issues with the side mirrors. I was told they would send a replacement car to me, but then went back on their word. They expect me to take a taxi 160km to Valencia to pick up a replacement car even though they rented me a un-drivable car.
No one has bothered to call me. I have spent two days being passed from one department to the other and when I argue I rented a functioning car, not a broken car, no one takes responsibility and passes me to the next phone line.
I have 2 small children and can’t leave them, nor waste a whole day picking up a car in another city.
No help from anyone. Absolute garbage customer care who takes no responsibility for their broken cars. Then they expected me to pay for a tow truck to bring me my replacement car.
I have insurance with a 3rd party company and they claim since I dont have their insurance, its my responsibility to deal with their broken car.

    Very Disappointed
Avoid rent from this OK Mobility. Check the review on TripAdvisor and Trust pilot. There are a lot of unpleasant and issue with this company. I wish I read the review before. Avoid at all cost and do not go for it because of the price.

In the check in of the car, I was told it is all OK by the employee but after returning the car 2 weeks, I received an invoice of £ 560 and damage report without my signature/agreement. No photo and I did check the car carefully before drop off. They just made it up to rip you off. I also saw quite a few reviews on Trip Advisor sharing the same story. And good luck contact them

    a fraudulent store
This is a fraudulent store. When you return the car, they do nothing and refuse to inspect the car with you. Later, they falsely claim that the car is damaged and demand a deduction. In this review section, you can find a consistent pattern of fraud. They claim that the wheel rim is damaged. The ridiculous part is that after lengthy communications with the bank regarding the deduction, they only produced a photo of a wheel rim stained with mud. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Even the police and tourism authorities in Mallorca are aware of such fraudulent activities but turn a blind eye. What’s even more disheartening is that OKmobility’s headquarters are aware of this situation, yet they merely cover up for this malicious business. When responding to inquiries, they completely avoid addressing the issue. What kind of corporate culture is this? Just for a small profit, they completely disregard ethics and the value of their brand.

    Stay far from this company!
Stay far! Great mess I payed for the car I arrived at 22, all the other offices were open but ok mobility. The next morning I came back to collect the car I paid for and they said the car is no more available because was given to somebody else. They get twice the money from me and from another customer. Very clever!

SCAM! stealing money. AVOID at all costs
SCAM!! don’t even deserve 1 star. They say to you the car is OK and when you get home they charge you hundreds of euro for already damage on the car. The car you get is very damaged from the beginning and they don’t even write down all the damages so they can charge you. They have charged me for a damage ON THE HOOD of the car, and a damage like that is almost impossible to make. Don’t ever rent from OK Mobility.
You don’t get a specific e-mail from them that they have discovered a damage and are charging you for that. I just randomly discovered in my bank that there was taken 900 euros from my card, so I had to search through all the documents they had sent me and there is was between 10 others documents.
