The sitters are not properly reviewed, anyone can join having an external reference, you will also find sitters with good reviews who can agree to take your sit and they completly ghost you. My recent sitter distroyed items in my house, leaving it uncleaned and generally not respecting the place. Amongst other issues, I found my cat water fountain unplugged with a lot of dust in it. I addressed it with the company but from a generic reply (which it will happen again on this post too) and I am sorry and we will investigate, I didn’t receive anything back from them. I had to pay for the repairs which I doubt I will get anything back.
