Number of reviews: 3 Rating:2 Atrocious customer service An agent came to my home and persuaded me to change to You Fibre. On the 27th February between 8 – 1pm they were meant to install it, at 10.20 I recieved a phone call telling me that the engineers had not realised that I lived in a flat (only 3 storeys) and would need to rearrange. The new date was fixed for yesterday 5.3.2024 at the same time, no one came, I spoke to several people and was cut off three times. Irecieved an email telling me that they will be coming to install tomorrow 7.3.2024 without any consultation with me. This morning 6.3.2024 there was an email asking for information which I supplied then nothing. Again after several phone calls and chats I was told the engineers manager would ring me this afternoon, at the time of writing nothing. If they turn up tomorrow I will not be allowing them in, I have never been given the run around by anyone like this before. You fibre may have customers but they have no customer service. I have given them 1 star simply because it will not allow 0
