In my experience, this company has not fulfilled the commitments it advertised. I believe their claims may be misleading. I would advise potential customers to exercise caution, as there is a risk of financial loss

Ordered a orthopaedic neck pillow. I thought I was using a UK website, but I fact it links to mainland China. Product took nearly two weeks to arrive. Pillow has no substance and did not support my neck and I will not be using it. There are no identifiers or labels on the product. No care information. Website states returns are possible, but there is no information regarding this. There is no shipping paperwork, and package looked like it had been repackaged in UK by EVRI. Product is totally poor quality. Very disappointed. Feel I’ve been scammed.

Ordered in march , Still no package, still no refund.

Ordered knee patella thinking shipment would be couple of days, they find out being shipped from China, couldn’t cancel .amazon shipping then delivered to incorrect address. No package received, no refund from Ortorex, fo not use this company, they are scammers, just take yr money.

No product, no refund. Only lies! I sent them proof that they added zeros instead of my phone number carrier could not reach me. And when asked for them to sort the issue they were saying that i should go to carrier center now and pick the pillow…the center was 500km away. Sent them pictures, screenshots from tracking statement from order and they were simply unhelpful and blaming me. In the end i got a lie that the product is being destroyed and that they wont give my money back.

Bought earplugs totally contradictory to the product description. Bad design altogether, bulky and uncomfortable. Av oid like the plague. Wasted money altogether

Ordered an item in November. It never turned up. They constantly asked me to chase THEIR courier Yodal who were equally as useless. Refused to refund my payment.

I My order arrived quite quickly however it worked for a very short time and I had to charge it After charging I can only get a green light on which switches it self off a couple of seconds No red light or blue I sent off a message only to be told to subscribe to a web site and contact

Placed order with Ortorex Uk for Trainers on 20th February , unfortunately they were not wide enough for my personal fitting.
I contacted them by email to discuss returning the item which they responded to within 24 hours and received refund on 29th Feb.
My experience was first class.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a Hearing Aid for my mother, 3 weeks later I still haven’t received the item. The day after I put the order through I recieved an email stating they had dispatched the item. After 2 weeks I contacted the company and they advised that due to their volume of orders the was a delay 😑 How could that be so when the email I recieved had already stated that the item had been dispatched? A week later still not received so I requested for a refund, the company then said I had 2 weeks from the date I ordered it to request a refund. So now I will contact trading standards. Do not buy from this company 😒 I would of no stars if I could

‘Orthopaedic’ sandals arrived poorly wrapped in plastic packaging, no box, with Chinese label on them.

Complete con. Not orthopaedic but cheap plastic sandals.

I bought a pair of sandals on behalf of my 98 year old mother. They arrived but didn’t fit properly. I asked for a refund – despite repeated efforts at contacting the company, I’ve had no reply from them. When I looked online at their refund policy, they give a returns address in Poland but say they won’t issue a refund unless they’ve approved it first! If your star rating went into negative, they’d get -10 for customer service!

This is the 2nd MeshNebulizer I’ve purchased as the 1st developed a fault and no longer worked, now the 2nd has also developed a fault and no longer works, I can’t get through to the company to get answers, just says not accepting calls so now that’s best part of £70.00 into the rubbish bin. Best thing for potential customers is to find a different company to do business with. Obviously a SCAM!!!

Terrible company I bought two pillows for my neck and have not received it over 3 weeks now . After I paid they tried taking another cash off my card till I froze the card . I still haven’t received my pillows . Other reviews show this company is a scam and should be reported and struck off online business . Very disappointed . I purchased an O2 monitor from them on the 12th, over 2 weeks ago. It still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service is awful, they don’t answer your questions, just send you standard paragraphs that don’t answer what you asked.
They aren’t based in the UK, so I think the name is misleading. I have no issue buying from overseas but I do take issue when a company pretends to be in the UK and won’t give you an answer about when you can expect your order.
They sent me a tracking number which initially didn’t work, and now says the order still isn’t in the UK, in fact it was only received by the carrier on the 23rd. By that point, they’d had my money for almost 2 weeks.
I will be returning the item. It will cost me postage, it has to be sent recorded and I don’t even know which country it’ll have to be sent to, so this is going to cost me more money.
Don’t buy from this company, you will regret it. If you’re not sure, have a look at their reviews on TrustPilot and decide from there. Most of the TrustPilot reviews say “I wish I had read this before I ordered”. I couldn’t agree more. Lesson learned

The company gave me an invalid tracking link (it was a link to a different country, not mine) and said it wasn’t their responsability. After more than 2 months since I ordered the product, they keep insisting that the product will arrive “soon”. So far, they didn’t solve the tracking problem, they didn’t pay me back the money I spent (although the website says they will refund if the product doesn’t arrive in 60 days) They just keep repeating that they will manage soon and give very poor excuses all the time. They keep me waiting forever without any resolution. Once l’m waiting for most 3 months and still no resolution, they should have already paid me back. This company has a lot of bad reviews in different countrys and has a very bad rate in Scam Adviser.
