    Very disappointed
    Customer Service not as expected – took numerous emails to get a response re delayed order and it transpired one style ordered was out of stock and not available for over another month; eventually got a refund. I ordered the in stock style in 2 sizes (40 & 41) to be sure of great fit and both were REALLY badly sized and uncomfortable – 40 far too small and 41 dar too big – both really hard cheap feeling leather with one pair having damaged stained soles !!! Worst trainers at most expensive cost ever tried – please read other negative reviews which say similar before purchasing – And – i had to pay a fee to return !!!! Which i was expecting when they quote free returns !!! Sorry SM but i had such high hopes !!!!£
