Getting scammed is one of the most painful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I trusted this company with my hard-earned money, only to realize too late that it was all a lie. It left me feeling helpless, angry, and ashamed.

Avoid this company - do not purchase items with them
They have refused to refund an item I returned, making the process as difficult as possible and then claiming their warehouse provider never received the returned package. It’s a scam. Give TagDeal a massive swerve.

This company take payment do not send purchase say it’s on its way weeks / months pass with this . When you ask for a refund and cancel order they say it’s coming then again weeks later we have a problem with our payment hun we can offer a credit note . Do not buy from them .

E mails sent and and excuses made due to BREXIT!! … another e mail sent and told a refund would be processed after 26th January or shipped as priority….. STILL NOTHING….it is now April 7th 2024!!!!!…

Do not use this company
I ordered an item in good time for a Christmas gift, it has never arrived, I have received no response to my requests for information and one email was returned “unable to deliver “. I have lost approximately £30. Very disappointing, will never use or recommend the company. I except that mistakes happen but with no aftercare this company do not care.

Disgusting rip off conman company - AVOID
Ordered item through klarna. Tagdeal unable to fulfil item, offered a different item by completely different brand which I didn’t want. Requested cancellation. Have had all contact since ignored, transaction still showing on my klarna app. Tagdeal are total con artists. Avoid like the plague unless you want ripped off or stolen from. Disgusting company. Would give 0 if I could

But I don’t want others to go through what I went through. This company is a scam please, be warned and stay far away.
After trying everything I could to recover my funds, I finally found hope through CyberHelp. They were the only ones who truly listened and offered help without asking for any upfront fees. It took time and effort, but with their support, I was eventually able to get my money back.

I chased Tag re date for delivery 23 June. They apologised and confirmed would be despatched that week. Date today 18 July 2024. Nothing has been received and no contact from TagDeal Customer service. Do not use. I have now received a full refund via by Credit Card company.
