    It’s a real shame and sadly something anyone looking to buy from this retailer should be well aware of. The returns process is shocking and not one of a modern online retailer. By looking at other reviews it seems to be a common theme, but we bought a bow tie for a wedding and by the time we decided what to go for, they refused to take a return.

    I’d recommend sticking with the better brands that use a little more common sense when it comes to customer service (the response I got was shockingly abrupt and rude), and one that looks to ensure customers have a trustworthy shopping experience online.

    Side note: If anyone is interested in a £40 bow tie I have one I can offer for a good price…
