If you can’t get that right then another option is to deliver satisfactory resolution without further inconvenience your customers. Until either of these are better addressed I would advice buyer beware. You may luck out with your order, but it’s by no means certain.

In my case a $300 print was sent with the wrong frame. After reporting the situation and being told, “Unfortunately, it is not possible to proceed as requested.” – to simply send me an empty replacement frame, I’m resigning myself to move on from it, but would not recommend.
