    Shocking service
    They sent wrong bag. I spent £18.20 returning via Royal Mail to the address they gave me over a month ago. So far it has cost me £63.39 for bag & £18.20 to return for their error. £81.59 is a lot of money to lose & I have nothing. The bag was returned by Royal Mail, a trustworthy organisation to the address given by you them & I included my personal details on the packet so it was clearly possible to identify who the parcel has been returned by.

    So the company has my money & the bag. I have nothing.

    It must be nothing to them but it is distressing to me. I can do nothing.

    All I can do is spread honest reviews about your company as wide as I can on internet to prevent others being well & truly conned me out of money. I have tried to get help even after they told me case closed. No chance!!

    Just disgusted
