Jonny’s Sister has been around for more than 15 years and is an award-winning service provider of personalised gifts for customers across Britain. An initial mistake on order which, although emailed about IMMEDIATELY after placing order, was not picked up for 24 hours and by then I was told it was too late to be changed. No advice given on how to change or repair damage. Terrible communication and rude emails throughout. PLUS too late to be received and we missed birthday despite paying extra for fast delivery.
