    Reliable, everything went well.
    I was hesitant to place an order because I could not find many reviews about this company. I took the gamble anyway and placed an order for a large rug . The rug was delivereed the very next day and was well packaged. It did have to lay flat for a few days to completely sag and not have any raised edges, but now I am really happy with it and it is beautiful!
