    No regard for safety and they bait-and-switch
    I had booked a trip with them to go to Athens and Santorini. Given the recent earthquakes and subsequent state of emergency declared by the Greek government, I asked if it was possible to stay in Athens the whole time. They refused and assured me that my flights were not cancel and people were still traveling there even as locals evacuated. I said I was not willing to risk my safety and asked to pay if it was possible to just pay extra to book the extra nights in Athens and they still refused. Now we have 3 separate reservations with the hotel because they cannot modify the booking themselves and Travelodeal refused to even accommodate us paying for extra nights, even without us even asking for a refund for the cancelled Santorini leg of the trip.

    They also bait-and-switch you in the beginning, advertising a rate with multiple layovers then strongly pressuring you into switching to a more expensive option.

    Not worth it! Book on your own or go to an actual reputable company!

    Awful experience
    Advertised as a Christmas Market break, no market on during our stay. Budget hotel not 4star broken bed, mould in room basic bathroom. Would not book a 3night travel deal through them ever again. Big Con

    Honeymoon in the Maldives
