Number of reviews: 4 Rating:2 SCAM It is a scam, they never send it. I order last week and it was wrong order so I wanted to cancel it immediately but there is no option for it. But there is an option for BUY AGAIN! I contacted them for cancelling it in 10 minutes but they sent me an email in an hour saying ‘it has shipped’. I waited 4 days for 1-2 days delivery, no information on Evri, it seems like they are still expecting the parcel from Pott’d. It is ridiculous

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Disappointing Left a review on the website that was verified and then removed. Bought the paint your own mug kit. Paint was coming off after 3 uses. Followed instructions to the letter. Really disappointing that will remove genuine reviews of people who have had a bad experience. The kits are quite expensive to be of such poor quality.

This 5 star review is for the great customer service. My first order did not arrive (Evri’s error, saying it was at the pick up spot and I checked their system myself and it never arrived there) and customer service was super quick replying to my emails and all I had to do to get a new order was confirm my address. Great experience.
