Number of reviews: 2 Rating:10 I'M IMPRESSED After purchasing an air ticket , I found out that my paid checked in luggage was not included on my e ticket , I contacted the Travelup and they staff called ELENA WILLIAMS sorted the problem immediately. Though I had left a negative review earlier. But now I’m happy ELENA WILLIAMS has done it. She was so polite and very helpful.
