Horrific and dangerous
I was delivered a air conditioner that was leaking gas upon first use. My partner has serious issues with their lungs, this could have been a fatal incident. When contacting customer service they have been horrendous. Sending a replacement then changing the delivery date multiple times, even after asking for a refund. They then have now claimed a replacement has been delivered despite no attempt at delivery. The worst purchase experience of my life.
